Please consider each piece carefully before purchasing. Look at all of the photographs and read the descriptions carefully and keep in mind that colors may vary from monitor to monitor.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping rates are calculated on both size and weight and are based on actual fees. Most deliveries, depending on your location, takes 5-7 working days. If your artwork arrives damaged please contact me with a description and photos of the packaging and damage to the artwork immediately. All issues must be taken up within 3 days of receiving your artwork. 

Terms

All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Alba Lois is not responsible for failed delivery due to negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name.

Refund policy

If you wish to return your artwork, it must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when originally shipped within fourteen days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties or fees when returning an item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact me about any returns before shipping.
